My role

Designed and delivered a science-informed masterclass translating research from neuroaesthetics, environmental psychology, and sensory design into practical principles for spatial and hospitality design.

Masterclass focus

• Introduced core concepts from neuroaesthetics and neuroarchitecture relevant to spatial experience

• Translated neuroscience into actionable design considerations across light, colour, materiality, acoustics, spatial flow, and sensory load

• Developed a shared language for integrating psychological safety, belonging, and longevity into design thinking

Impact

• Supported Hausense in strengthening a science-led approach to wellbeing in spatial design

• Enabled designers to apply research-backed principles to design with clarity
